Toro's Z Master 3000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 Series share many parts — which is good news when you're stocking a fleet. Here are the blades, deck belts and hydro filters straight from Toro's parts lists, plus the 7000 diesel's filters.

• 60" TURBO FORCE decks on the Z Master 3000 (75936), 5000 (74930) and 7000 (74267): three 105-7718-03 20.5" high-flow blades $26.06.
• 6000 Series 60" (for example 72967 MyRIDE): three 140-1240 20.5" high-flow blades $21.71.
• 72" decks use 24.5" blades — the 140-1238 $37.24 is common; confirm by model.

Deck belts

• 114-5858 $188.76 — 60" decks on 3000 Series (74950, 74957, 74958, 74996, 75936) and 5000 Series (74930, 75951).
• 132-5982 $204.91 — 60" decks on 6000 Series (72960, 72967, 74960, 75967) and newer 3000s (72936, 72950).
• 109-9023 $137.34 — 72" decks on 6000 Series (72947, 72961, 72968, 72982) and 5000 72" EFI (72912, 72918).
• 114-5859 $217.33 — 72" decks on 3000 (74959) and older 6000 (74928, 74947).

Hydro filters

The 117-0390 $53.80 hydro filter shows up on 25 Z Master 3000/5000/6000 models in our parts data — it's one of the most useful filters a Z Master fleet can stock. The Rotary 15907 $19.19 replaces it. The Z Master 7000 diesel uses 67-8110 $48.03 (Oregon 83-012 $27.30 replaces it). Use Hypr-Oil 500 $86.92 where your manual specifies it.

Z Master 7000 diesel filters

The 7000 diesel (72267, 74267, 74274) uses Toro 108-3811 $23.33 air filter, 112-9188 $109.62 fuel/water separator element, 112-7836 $26.81 inline fuel filter and the 67-8110 hydro filter. On the gas 7000s in our shop, the most-installed parts are NGK BKR5E $6.20 plugs, Kohler 12 050 01-S $16.91 and 52 050 02-S $13.58 oil filters, the Rotary 12950 $4.14 fuel filter and Kohler 32 083 13-S $32.11 air filter from our service department's repair records.

Fleet stocking tip

If you run several Z Master generations, the parts worth stocking are the 60" blade for your deck style, one deck belt per deck size, a 117-0390 hydro filter and a set of engine filters per engine type. Those cover most of the downtime we see on Z Master repairs.
