We offer Free Shipping On Our Website, unless Items are marked otherwise. We also maintain the right to contact you post purchase and adjusted shipping cost if the cost of shipping the item has changed.

 If your purchase is parts or small attachments  we will ship our order via the best carrier for the size of item you've purchased. If your purchase is a lawn-mower, compact tractor, Toolcat, skid loader, track loader or other serialized whole-good, your order will be delivered by one of the pros at Outdoor Power Sales & Service, and will give you walk you through how to use your new equipment, if your whole-good order is delivered via a subcontractor, a team member from Outdoor Power Sales & Service will video call and provide you a detailed operation how to operate the machine.

 If you see a warning upon checkout that we don't ship to that destination, it means you are outside of the area that we normally deliver to. In this case please contact us @ 618-731-4646 option #1
